RESERVATION POLICIES

Hotel policies

Guarantee Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m.
Departure Time: 12:00 pm

Accepted Credit Cards:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and JCB International.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the initial date agreed, free of charge. If you decide to cancel after these 7 days a charge will be made for the price of the first night of your room or 50% of the total nights of your stay at regular price. If your stay is for more than 4 days or you booked more than 3 rooms, the cancellation can be made only 15 days before the date, instead of 7. The rates with promotion or discount are not reimbursable (both for direct clients or agencies or promoters). In case of early departure, the total reservation will be charged.

No Arrival Policy:
In case of No Arrival, one night's stay will be charged. For reservations with occupancy of 2 or more people, 50% of the total stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy:
The 18.00 USD charge will apply from the third person in the same room.

Children Policy:
Children up to 10 years old are considered. Children from 11 years old will be charged as an adult.
Maximum 2 Children under 10 years old can share the room with 2 adults at no cost.

Pet Policy:
Small pets are accepted at an extra cost of $ 400.00

Overselling Policy:
In the event that the hotel can not provide the hosting service hired by the consumer with a reservation from our own website, the hotel on its own, you will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal or better to the benefits originally contracted.

The hotel will pay for one night including taxes at a similar hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to their new hotel.

The guest will be allowed to make at least one call to their home or office.
